Open-access Statement
The collection “Geochemistry of technogenesis” adheres to the policy of open access. All articles are posted openly and free of charge immediately after publication of the issue. Full text access to the collection’s scientific articles in real time is available on the journal’s official website in the “Archives” section.
Open access policy in accordance with the Regulation on open science in the NAS of Ukraine dated June 12, 2024 No. 350 and the Resolution of the NAS of Ukraine No. 352.
The collection “Geochemistry of technogenesis” provides readers with instant open access content under the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license (CC BY-ND 4.0, Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International).
Users:
— have the right to reproduce and distribute the work, its parts for non-commercial and commercial purposes; have the right to create derivative works for their own use;
— must indicate the author of the work;
— do not have the right to distribute derivative works, provide interactive access to them, in particular on the Internet;
— are obliged to use the work in accordance with other requirements established by the CC BY-ND 4.0 license;
In the case of using scientific publications (hereinafter – works) that have been made public or to which interactive access is provided under Creative Commons licenses, users are obliged to link to these works in accordance with the requirements of such licenses. Failure to comply with the requirements regarding the reference, in particular the designation of the author (rightholder) of the work, leads to copyright infringement with civil, administrative, criminal liability for infringement of intellectual property rights.
The user must take into account the rules for using CC licenses: CC licenses expire automatically if the user does not fulfill all their conditions. If the work is released under a CC license, the user must correct the improper attribution or other license violation within 30 days of discovery if he or she attempts to recover the rights.
Reference to the work containing the CC license in the citation and in the bibliography (list of references) of the scientific article. In this case, the requirements for the bibliographic description of the source are applied in accordance with the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302:2015 “Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General provisions and rules of composition” or one of the styles adopted in international (national) practice — MLA (Modern Language Association) style, Chicago / Turabianstyle, Harvard style, Springer MathPhys Style, etc. (The list of styles for the design of the bibliographic description of the list of sources of dissertations, recommended by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, is given in clause 11 of the Requirements for the design of dissertations and Appendix 3 to the Requirements, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine dated 12.01.2017 No. 40.)
In such a reference for scientific articles, as a rule, the author(s) of the work, title of the article, title of the journal, year of publication, number of the journal, pages, doi or, if there is no doi, a hyperlink to the location of the article are indicated.
That is, if the article is published under a CC license, it is considered sufficient to indicate the doi (hyperlink to the location of the article) in the link to the article. Other information regarding the use of the article under the CC license is indicated directly in the cited source.
